Dave is currently Thai Coach to some extremely successful professional fighters and has been involved in the training of UFC fighters Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Mike Bisping and Cheick Kongo. He has coached many students to National, European and World championships and is the Head Thai Coach at the famous Wolfslair MMA Gym. He is assisted by a fantastic team of coaches who can be found here

Contains progressive levels of combat technology.

For those girls who want to get more from life. This is Thai Kick Boxing for the girls and is taught by Karen, an Ex British Champion with 27 fights experience.
This is an excellent path to fitness incorporating skipping, bag work, pad work, punches, knees, kicks and effective self defence techniques. A great fun way to get in shape.
